Expendables 3 online before the release

Witht the crowd of Popular action heroes the movie 'Expendables 3' was about to release in August 15. But before the release of the movie the piracy of the movie was seen and the full movie was put online.
So Producing Company Lions Gate has cased a file against it."John DOz Waen Ten" was charged of putting the movie on ther Internet. The case was filed in Federal Court, California. In this case different torrent sites are also involved. Some clips were added inthe site but after some day the full movie was uploaded to the internet.
Just somedays before the movie was downloaded in Lakh ratio. But who was the first to theif the movie is not confirmed.
